Return period:  Products can be returned within 30 days of receipt.

Return Policy:  Products must be in the same condition as received, unused, and in the original packaging.

Return procedure:  Contact us at support@merluci.com to initiate the return. We will provide you with the return address.

Return costs: The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your package arrives safely.

What happens if I receive a defective product?
Don't worry, if you receive a defective product, we'll replace it free of charge. However, you must notify us and return the product within 30 days.

Can I exchange a product?
Yes, you can exchange a product within 30 days as long as it is unworn and in its original condition.

Refunds:  After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email whether your refund has been approved or declined. Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days and will automatically be credited to your original credit card or payment method.
