These shipping conditions apply to the following countries: United Kingdom.

  • Last order time: 6:00 PM (GMT) Greenwich Mean Time (London). Orders after this time are processed the next business day.
  • Processing time: 1–3 days, Monday to Friday. After this, the shipment is handed over to the carrier.
  • Transport time: 6–9 days (Monday to Friday).
  • Total delivery time: 7–12 working days (UK)

Carriers: FedEx, UPS, DHL

Shipping costs: Free for all orders. No minimum purchase required.

Track your order: You will receive an email with a tracking number. Track your package anytime via our shipment tracking page.

  • Return period: Products can be returned within 30 days of receipt.
  • Return policy: Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
  • Return procedure: Contact support@merluci.com for instructions.
  • Return costs: Customer is responsible for shipping costs; trackable shipping recommended.
  • Defective products: Free replacement if reported within 30 days.
  • Exchanges: Allowed within 30 days for unworn items in original condition.
  • Refunds: Processed within 7 business days after inspection, credited to the original payment method.
